Deposit and Final Payment

To reserve a Brendan tour, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Exact deposit amounts and final due dates differ according to region of travel and type of travel, and can be determined by using the chart below.

Brendan reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payments are not received within the specified periods.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary, with penalties increasing as the departure date approaches. If cancellation in writing is received, Brendan will assess the following penalties:

"Departure day" is considered the date Brendan services begin.

Cancellation charges apply to extra nights prior to and after the tour. Flight changes after deposit is received or flight cancellations after tickets are issued incur airline revision and airline cancellation fees. For air-inclusive tours cancelled after receipt of tickets, refunds will be processed after return of tickets. Optional tours cannot be refunded after purchase.

If Brendan cancels a tour, they will re-book passengers on the same tour with a different departure date or a similar tour. All re-bookings are subject to availability. If that tour is unacceptable, Brendan will refund all monies paid to Brendan; there is no additional liability. Brendan cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Brendan.

A handling fee of $30 per person will be charged for any alterations or revisions. Spelling corrections to clients' names after air tickets have been issued are subject to airline revision fees. Courier delivery costs will also apply if any changes are necessary within five weeks prior to tour departure. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 45-65 days of departure (depending on itinerary) will be treated as a cancellation and new booking; regular cancellation fees apply.

Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday departures; please confirm payment and cancellation policies with your Vacations To Go travel counselor at time of booking. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms may differ for group bookings.
